ADHD Motivation Mastery

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken.

You’re just stuck.

ADHD Motivation Mastery helps you get unstuck, so you can start taking action, stay consistent, and finally finish the things that matter—using strategies that actually work with your ADHD brain.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, inconsistent, or unsure why motivation seems to disappear just when you need it most, you’re not alone—and it’s not your fault.

ADHD Motivation Mastery is a guided course designed to help you understand how motivation really works for ADHD brains, and how you can build strategies that actually stick.

With focused video lessons, live workshops, and ADHD-friendly tools—you’ll learn how to stop stalling out and start meaningful progress on those things that matter most.

I've taken other courses on ADHD, but truly, this is the one I'd recommend.

It's targeted, specific, and VERY practical. The concept framework Jesse provides is simple and elegant, and you can easily relate each concept to your life.

Jesse walks the walk. He gets us, and it shows.

Lisa Frankfort

Psychotherapist

One of my biggest challenges with ADHD is feeling validated in my struggles, that I'm NOT crazy I just have a spicy brain.

This course and the dialogue amongst peers helped me feel so seen and understood.

Jesse does an amazing job being informative and vulnerable, sharing real life examples and offering solutions but also validating the stressors that are associated with each ADHD challenge.

It just felt good to know "It's not just me!"

02
4 Cs of Motivation: Captivate & Create

03
4 Cs of Motivation: Compete & Complete

Harness the power of challenge and urgency—to overcome task paralysis. Learn to Compete through personal challenges, friendly competition, and game-based approaches. Master Complete by creating healthy deadlines, using timers effectively, and generating productive urgency without burnout.

04
From Strategy to Action

Learn to choose, combine, and adapt strategies—like a pro. Discover how to quickly identify what's blocking you, layer strategies for maximum impact, and embrace the pivot when approaches stop working. Build an anti-fragile system that evolves with your needs.

05
Building and Maintaining Momentum

Navigate the ADHD momentum paradox—with practical tools. Learn to read early warning signals, execute strategic refreshes without losing progress, build bridges through boring work, use body doubling for sustained focus, and recover from momentum crashes without shame.

06
Finishing Strong

Break through perfectionism, fear, and the dreaded 90% barrier—that keeps projects unfinished. Master strategies for the final push, create micro-deadlines that work, find ADHD-friendly accountability, celebrate victories to combat success amnesia, and transform perfectionism from a barrier into a tool.

07
Your Motivation Strategy Playbook

Create your customized motivation strategy toolkit—that grows with you. Build a living document of what works for your unique brain, develop growth mindset practices, and establish sustainable systems that help you thrive with ADHD for years to come.

Why This Matters Now

The longer you wait to understand your ADHD motivation, the more expensive the problem becomes. Not just in missed deadlines or abandoned projects, but in compound interest of untapped potential. Each month you struggle alone is another month of fighting your brain instead of working with it.

Why I Had To Create This

Jesse

Hey, I'm Jesse J. Anderson.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36, everything finally made sense. The job I quit because they started requiring timesheets (yes, really). The graveyard of 90%-finished projects. The constant feeling of “why is this so hard for me?”

Once I finally knew about my ADHD, I thought that would magically fix everything.

Spoiler: It didn't.

It was really just the beginning. I still needed to learn HOW to work with my brain. I needed to understand why I found it so difficult to start tasks, stay focused, and finish things. And what I could do to trick my brain into actually getting stuff done.

So I became obsessed. I dove deep into the research. I experimented a lot. I shared about my experience living with ADHD online and I connected with thousands of ADHDers through my newsletter and social media.

And patterns began to emerge. I discovered that ADHD motivation isn't broken—it just works differently. We're not motivated by importance or rewards or consequences like most people. We're motivated by what I call the 4 Cs:

  • Captivate (interest)
  • Create (novelty)
  • Compete (challenge)
  • Complete (urgency)

Once I understood this, everything changed. I went from chronic procrastinator to published author. From serial project abandoner to someone who actually ships the projects I create.

More importantly: I discovered these weren't just my strategies. They worked for thousands of other ADHDers too.

That's when I knew I had to create ADHD Motivation Mastery.

It’s not about trying harder, it’s about finally understanding why things break down and learning how to work with your brain rather than fighting it. If you’ve ever start strong but then lost momentum or crashed into burnout... you’re not alone.

ADHD Motivation Mastery is built for real life, with tools that help you start, stay engaged, and finish (without guilt, shame, or exhaustion).

One Final Thought...

You've probably tried a lot of things to “fix” your motivation. And when they didn't work, you blamed yourself.

But here's the truth: Those systems weren't broken. They just weren't built for your brain.

ADHD Motivation Mastery IS built for your brain. By someone who gets it. For people who live it.

You don't need another system that makes you feel broken.

You need a system that finally makes you feel capable.

That system is here. And it's waiting for you.

See you inside,

Jesse

P.S. Still on the fence? Remember: The cost of inaction is often much higher than the cost of action. Join now and let's change your relationship with motivation forever.

You’re not broken. You’re not lazy.

You just need a system that works with your brain.
